How do I care for my bag?

To nourish the leather of your bag, we recommend using a natural colorless nourishing milk. After application, let the leather rest for a few moments and then polish it with a soft, clean cloth.

When you are not using your bag, we recommend that you line it with tissue paper so that it keeps its shape and then store it in its cotton bag in a dry place, away from the sun.

 

Are the products of Amy Adalbert's guaranteed ?

Yes, the bags and accessories of Amy Adalbert's are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase subject to normal use and respect of the precautions of use recommended by Amy Adalbert's. If necessary, we can ensure repairs for your product. Please contact our customer service at "info@amyadalbert.com".

Is it possible to return an item?

 Yes, you have a period of thirty (14) days from the day of reception of the articles bought on the site amyadalbert.com to exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, under the conditions envisaged in article L. 121-20 and following of the Code of consumption.

To do this, you must inform us via our customer service at "info@amyadalbert.com".

After validation by the Customer Service, you will receive by e-mail the confirmation of the handling of your return. You will then have to send us back the article. The return costs will remain at your charge. The right of return will be acquired in the conditions if the article is returned new and in its original packaging. The product should not have been neither worn, nor used, nor modified, nor damaged and in perfect condition to be put on sale again.

The return costs are at your charge.

 

Is my payment secured?

Yes, the payment is 100% secure. Transactions made on our site are secured by the payment system of our partner Shopify.

All information exchanged to proceed with payment is encrypted using SSL protocol. These banking data can neither be detected, nor intercepted, nor used by third parties. They are not stored on our computer systems either. When you are asked to enter your credit card number, you can check with your browser that you are in a secure zone. These areas can be identified by the address that begins with "https" and by a closed padlock or key at the bottom of your browser.

How long before receiving my order?

If you order from US, you will receive your order within 1-5 working days.

If you order from outside of US, it will take between 2 and 5 working days with FEDEX.

In US, any order placed before 2pm shipped same day otherwise will be shipped next business day.

 

Do you ship outside US?

Yes, we ship to almost any country in the world. If you live in a country that is not on the list, please contact us.

 

What are the shipping fees ?

Delivery is free in US and Europe and from $1000 of order in the rest of the world except for express shipping. The prices displayed on the website include taxes and customs fees for the following countries: - Continental USA & Canada - all countries member of the European Union (EEC) -  United Kingdom - Switzerland For all other countries in the world, taxes and customs are not included in the prices displayed on the site and will be paid by the customer upon delivery of the product..
